By accessing and using Jumalyze ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jumalyze is a business intelligence and analytics platform designed for Jumia vendors. The Service provides data synchronization, reporting, and analytics tools to help vendors better understand their business performance on the Jumia marketplace.

3. User Account and Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must have a valid Jumia seller account and authorize Jumalyze to access your Jumia data through OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Data Usage and Access

4.1 Data Authorization

By using the Service, you authorize Jumalyze to access, process, and display your Jumia business data, including but not limited to orders, products, sales, and customer information, solely for the purpose of providing analytics and reporting services.

4.2 Data Synchronization

The Service offers both manual and automatic data synchronization options. Automatic synchronization requires the creation of a Jumia application on your behalf. You understand that data synchronization intervals may vary based on your subscription level and system load.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jumalyze and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Jumia's API and other third-party services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumalyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jumalyze and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jumalyze operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
